Many people don’t realize that roller skating is such an accessible activity. In fact, kids as young as two or three years old can learn to skate if they’re interested and have developed the necessary coordination. Even more kids are able to learn by the time they’re 4 years old! Here at our skating rink, we carry rental skates in toddler size 6 all the way up to adult size 14. We also offer skating lessons, so if your kids are interested in skating, we can help them master the basics.
Of course, roller skating isn’t just for the kids. Because roller skating is a low-impact exercise (meaning one foot is always in contact with the ground, thereby putting less stress on the joints), it is a great way for adults to stay active well into their senior years.
