Working out and getting into shape can be tough, but it’s always more fun with a friend! Working out with friends or in a fitness class can make a huge difference when it comes to your exercise routine. You’re less likely to get bored, you have other people helping you stay accountable, and you can look forward to socializing – it’s just more fun to workout with a group!
